Front of House and Communications Coordinator

  • Job Title: Front of House & Communications Coordinator
  • Number of Hours: 30 hours per week 
  • Pay Rate: £13.24 per hour with pay rate to increase from 1st April 2025 
  • For a period fixed: of 12 months from date of commencement
  • Based at: Ladybrook Community Centre, Ladybrook Lane, Mansfield, Notts, NG18 5JJ and in the community as required
  • Hours of Work: To be agreed with successful candidate (The Centre Currently Operates from Monday-Friday 8.30am-8pm) and some occasional weekend working will be required for internal and external events 
  • Closing Date: Friday 10th January 2025 at 12 noon 
  • InterviewsWill take place in weeks commencing 13th/20th January with a start date to be agreed ASAP

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Front of House & Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will serve as the face of the charity, providing exceptional front-of-house service, while also coordinating internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will be professional, personable, and efficient, with excellent communication and multitasking skills, ensuring effective outreach to our community through social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
