Room Hire & Services
Room hire is available here at Ladybrook Community Centre for one off and ongoing bookings. Terms and Conditions of hire set out what you can expect and make clear what your responsibilities are. For those booking on a one off basis payment is made at time of booking. Regular bookings are accepted and we offer the additional benefit of advertising these in our marketing including here on the website, at the Centre and on our Facebook page.
We have office facilities available on a hot desk hourly rate and short term licences from one month to a year. All costs include general office use of electricity, heating and access to our internet. For long term lets a phone point is available for any occupying organisation to set up with a telephone line provider. Our most popular rooms are the large and spacious Main hall which is great for market place events and workshops. Our smallest room The Meeting Room is ideal for small meetings and interviews. Our mid sized room The Conference Room is large enough for 35 people and is ideal for conferences and smaller events. Click on one of the icons below to learn more about each room.
Please note we no longer have a bar service and do not offer hire for private parties and functions at the centre.
We offer a range of items available to hire to support your event, function or training session and these can be provided in William Kaye Hall, Conference Room or our Small Meeting Room.
